He is so cute!! I like the first pic, before his hair cut. His hair gives him a punk 80's kind of thing! LOL

Yes, my teenage son and my husband like his 'before' look better. (My son says he and the dog have a similar shaggy, hair in the eyes, 'do). My college daughter hasn't seen it yet, but she'll prefer the before better, too. My youngest son says he doesn't care.
I know whenever I have him out anywhere...the ballpark, Petsmart... we get comments about bad hair days, etc., all in fun.

What breed is Spanky, Marsha? He's so cute!

The pound listed him as terrier/hound mix. The only thing they know is that his mother was a terrier mix since they came in together. She was wire-haired, too.
His size (23 lbs) would indicate possibly a small hound like beagle. He does occasionally have a hound sounding bark.
I haven't been able to figure what kind of terrier he might have.
