Yes, they are both shih tzus. And we usually refer to them as our little terrorists. And they have that "I am so adorable" look down pat and can flash it on cue whenever they are about to get in trouble..... (which is often)

Welcome! Your pups are gorgeous! I love Zoey's colourings, I've never seen a Shih Tzu with that kind of marking before. Lovely!

Very cute pups!! They do have a very innocent expression! That usually only means trouble though!!
