This looks like a wonderful board! It didnt look like there was an introduction topic, so I hope its okay that I intro myself here....
My name is Jaime, my hubby and I have two boys that are 4 yrs and 7 yrs old. We also have two Bombay mixed kitties that are roughly 7 months old. They were "free to a good home", and practically feral when we got them. We have had to work with them a lot in the begining...but you would never guess now that they were ever once afraid of anything!!
We also recently adopted a white German Shepherd (or White Shepherd ) mix from the local shelter. His name is Boomer, and he will be 4 months old in a few days. We are just crazy about this guy. He is exactly what my family was looking for in a dog, and I couldnt imagine him not being here! He fits in perfectly. Hes been here a little over 3 weeks now, and it looks like he is starting to settle in very nicely....so we are getting things set up for him to take some obedience classes. He is going to be a good sized fella, and we want him to be well behaved.
Anyhoo, Ive rambled quite a bit...sorry!
Great to have found this board, and Im sure that youll be seeing lots of me!
Hope you dont mind pictures because I love to take pics of the animals. The rest of my family gets tired of posing for the camera!
