My baby is growing...

Hi,
Just wanted to share my news that Bailey has gone from 7.5 lbs last month to a whopping 11.4. My little man already out weighs his sister who is 7 months older than him. Chloe is still her petite 10.5. The vet said Chloe is a rare petite shih tzu and the she more often sees them as big as Bailey. She thinks he'll make it to about 15lbs. YIKES! They are both healthy and happy.

Actually Jesse, when you see them together you can't tell who's the baby!!!! both are gorgeous dogs... enjoy their puppyhood while you can... there's nothing like puppy breath smell!!!!!! :p

Thanks all! Yes my little man is definitely zipping through puppyhood quite quickly. I love calling him that, since i don't have a son to call that. LOLOLOL. The only thing I WON'T miss is the crazy chewing of my furniture.

I understand that they grow fast. Frodo when he was a puppy would gain about 1 pound a month and about 10pound he leveled out he is not 2 and is 13 pounds and healthy as can be the vet calls him a rock.

Now Tika who will be a year old in May, well my little girl grew up fast.....by 10 months old she weighted in at 12 pounds just a pound less than daddy. I think she might have lost some since we walk 2 miles a day. She was gaining about 2 pounds a month for a while......

and puppy breath is wonderful......
