Easy Walk harnesses

I just tried this harness this weekend, put out by the makers of gentle leader.

It works fabulously, but one problem. My dogs underarms are chaffed a bit. The trainer fit it properly, so I am wondering what I can do to fix this. I thought of wrapping some soft material in an cross formation around the parts that go under her arms. What do you suggest I use, she is a GSD. We walk about 4 miles a day, morn and night put together.

Hi Tracey~ That's a relativley new harness, how do you like it?
You could try that fake sheepskin material?
