Time??

I was just wondering what is going on with the time? I am in the central time zone and I thought I clicked the "thing" that allowed me to view the posted time in Central time. I was wondering if I could fix it so I view the times in Central time. Any suggestions/help would be great!

I was figuring out how to get smilies and found the time zone thingy.
