With spring coming, I will be doing some planting in my yard. Since I haven't had a dog before, I have always planted whatever appeals to me without much regard for how safe it is to animals.
Does anyone have a list of dangerous plants (backyard type) for animals? I am concerned about annuals as well as vines, perrenials, ferns, etc. that my dog might munch on when he's out in the yard.
I heard that poinsettas are poisonous as well as tomato vines but that's all I know of. Since Nalu is still a puppy, I think I will skip the vegetable garden this year since he would probably eat more of it than the snails!!
