View Full Version : 5 Lab Puppies Available

Hi My friend sent me this email this morning about 5 lab puppies available in the NY area. They look to be about 6-8 weeks old and were dumped in a neighbors yard. They definately look Purebred from the pictures. i cant imagine why anyone would dump them. Send me a message and i can forward you an email with pictures if you are interested. They are in Rockland County

that is so sad that someone would not care enough about them to at least take them to a shelter or try to find them a home....some humans should not be allowed to have pets or children

Hi Francesca - I actually got the same e-mail, more or less from my DIL, which had been sent to her by a friend, etc. (I am also in NY) The ones I saw are a mix of black and yellow lab looking puppies, around 8 weeks old. I never confirmed whether this was true or not. What have you heard?

Interesting that you say that. I figured I'd email the woman it says to email and I havent gotten a response yet. Im curious if this is legit if you got the email also. I mean it certainly did look like it was. Ill let you know if i hear anything

Well, they are not the same. I am going to see if I can copy and pste them here and you take a look Francesca. I will also ask my DIL what she knows about it. Subject line said:

Alberta, those are them! There were a few more pictures and there actually was an email address. Still no reply though. I mean we certainly arent far apart. Im in the bronx right now and i believe you are in long island. Although it would be a funny coincidence its possible but unlikely. Until i get a reply from the original poster Im going to assume its not real

Francesca- There were more pictures, 8 in all, attached to the e-mail. I am on Long Island, Smithtown, I'll let you know what my DIL says as to where it originated from when it was sent to her.

Those same photos went around in an email I received about 3 weeks ago. My email said they had been left in a parking lot in the Cincinnati area and someone from my office emailed the person and they said they were already adopted. I had 2 different people in my office ready to drive to Cincinnati to adopt them.

I would hate to think that it was a hoax:mad2:
