I think a friend of mine got it for training her dog. It worked pretty well she said. Now her dog goes outside...most of the time. Eitherway, it seemed to solve many of her problems with her dog.

I think that would be a great idea if you lived several floors up in a large apartment complex and you had a deck. You could place this on the deck and then they still learn to go potty outside.
