User names - To change or not?

Is anyone else considering changing your user name now that they no longer have to be "real" names? I have been considering it but I can't come up with a creative name. Maybe I'll just drop the last name. I know if everyone changes it could be really confusing for a while! I saw a post by babyblue earlier and wondered why they had Ashley's Lucas pictured in their signature! :D

LOL :p I stole her dog ;) lol I'm Ashley I just changed my name :)

I think it would be confusing at first, but it's just safer to have a different name rather than your real name.

Luciaan, why not just drop the Smith. Luciaan is such a lovely and unique name you don't really need to come up with another one. I think I am going to go with Stefie C. There might eventually be another Stephanie here so I'll keep the initial.

I changed mine by using only my last initial as well. It was my real name and I hated it that when someone googled me, my posts on Doggie bag would come up. It's hard to maintain that professional image when a google search bring ups discussions about poop, how to get pee stains out of the carpet, and do we express the anal glands ourselves or let the vet or groomer do it.....:?
