I'm not sure if I remember seeing the topic or where it is, but you can do an internet search for: off-leash dog parks (add in name of state). You will find off-leash parks in your state. Then there is meetup.com which is free to join where dogs with the same breed can meet up for doggie play dates. Even if your dog is mixed, figure out what he is most like.
I think this keeps dogs of the same size and temperment together so play dates are more compatable amongst the dogs.

I am jealous! I live on the outskirts of Pittsburgh, PA and we don't have any dog parks near us. There is one in Pittsburgh, but I would rather Bailey go play with the neighbor dogs than drive in to Pittsburgh. It sounds like a good time though.

What kind of info are you looking for? This site has some good info, http://www.dogromp.org .
There are only a few major manners and rules at dog parks. Make sure your dog is under control and plays nice, clean up their waste, and be careful when bringing toys, treats, etc. to them because it can insight fights.
I would visit it first without the dog and see if you like it. My dog loves the dog park and even though it looks like he is getting beat up, he still has fun. You can look at the other thread about dog playing if you think other dogs are being mean, etc..
