a little girl begged her parent to get her a puppy and finally they agreed. so every weekend they would take the little girl to the animal shelters and the local pound so that she could pick a puppy.
But every weekend she would come home empty handed, she would pick up all the puppies, puppys of all sizes, one by one and hold them and play with them but she would just mutter to her self and leave them there.
Finally her Dad had had enough and told her that this was the last weekend that if she did not find a puppy that it would have to wait a while. They went to the pound and he listened to her talking to her self after holding each puppy and her heard her say, it is just not the right size.....until finally she picked up a puppy that was no different in size than any other a dozen puppies she had seen in the past weeks.. She smiled and told her daddy that this was the one.
They went to the office and did all the paperwork and payed all the fees and took the puppy home. her daddy finally had to ask, "this puppy is not different in size than others you have seen, why this one?"
the little girl smiled up at her daddy and said, "not size, sighes". When i picked him up he sighed, when you get home and you and mommy hug you sigh and so does mommy. when grandma and grandpa see each other and kiss and hug they sigh. When you sigh you show you really love that person and this puppy sighed when i picked him up...showing his love for me
