I can't upload my picture!!

I am trying to post a picture of Gwen (like the big one's in the Pooch pic's area) but it won't let me. I can't figure out how to do this. Please help!

If you got to www.photobucket.com and register and then up load what ever pic you want then you cut the IMG tag and paste it into the message screen here it will post the pic
