I don't know if you can put another link up there instead of Fun Stuff for Dogs sometimes or maybe somehow get a few links to flash one by one in the same spot. I have another link that I really like and I think other people may like it as well.

They have a Mix and Match program where you can buy certain things in certain categories (they have everything listed for you so it's really not confusing) so if you have to buy a lot of supplies, it will not cost you a lot of money. I found this site when I fostered a retired racing Greyhound a few years ago and I saved a TON of money on this site!
