Hi everyone

I'm at a total loss. I haven't posted much lately. Why? Because Magic has been just a peach lately. I don't have anything to post about and I miss hearing from all of you. She will go to the door and bark when someone knocks, then run to her crate and wait for me to let her in, then she lays down and snoozes till I release her. She still runs around the dining room table when the phone rings but doesn't come near us when we go to answer it. What a different doggie I have now. (Makes me wonder if the Fairies switched dogs on me) I can have her off leash when I'm outside. She spends most of the day following me around the yard when I'm weeding or setting sprinklers and doesn't attempt to run off. If she gets to exploring too far away from me that I feel uncomfortable or is in line for the sprinkler to get her wet I just say "Magic come on back now" and she comes at a good sprint. (she still gets treats for recall) What a great little girl I have now. But as I said I sure miss you guys and all of your great advice. I can't say enough for +R training.

... at least the title of your topic was. :)

I really thought things had taken a turn for the worse with you and Magic and I put off reading this topic until after dinner. I'm so glad things are going great. Hurray for you, Magic and R+.

Hi Judy!

Wow, this is a wonderful update! Thanks for sharing your successes with us. I hope they continue.

..you are evil! lol When I read your title I thought, Oh no, poor Judy! But I'm so happy to hear things are still going well for you and Magic. :)

I can't say enough about +R either. It's been great for us and for Sandy!

Judy - that is so AWESOME!!! Your hard work (and Magic's) has payed off and it sounds like you are both much happier. Glad to hear how well you and Magic are doing. And it's always nice to hear that +R has worked so well and trains them to be a better behaved, and therefore happier dog. Congratulations!!
