Yogurt

This question is for Sam. What is your opinion about using plain yogurt for a topical salve for yeast infection and skin rash.

I think I'd rather use a Yeast Remedy and a Detox to be honest. Using yoghurt as a salve doesn't solve the problem and can be a bit messy. What symptoms are showing? is it a confirmed yeast infection? how long has it been there?
